August 2010 - The statutory faculty met on May 19, 2010 and passed a proposed constitution for consideration by President Lariviere. On August 15, 2010, President Lariviere accepted the proposed governance structure.

Enabling Legislation and Bylaws. UO legslation mandates that an alphabetical
list of Assembly Members (without phone numbers or e-mail addresses) shall
be maintained and linked from the University Assembly Web site. This list
as of Fall 2007 is available. Similarly, faculty legislation also mandates
that a list of Voting Faculty with campus addresses shall be maintained
and linked from the University Assembly Web site. This list
