Here is the Internal Governance Committee report for the 12/2/09 Senate meeting:

The Internal Governance Committee met on 11/12/09 and discussed at length the definition of the statutory faculty and how to proceed relative to the current working definition. The committee is working on a draft definition as well as a process for calling a meeting of the statutory faculty and will report details of this at the January Senate meeting. Committee chair, Paul van Donkelaar, brought the draft definition to the Faculty Advisory Council for their input and feedback and the committee will integrate this feedback into a final draft following their next meeting on 12/3/09 (9:30-11 in the Lewis Lounge - Knight Law Building).
