2005 Faculty Instructional Technology Initiative for faculty development

Announcing the 2005 Faculty Instructional Technology Initiative for faculty development

Deans, Directors and Department Heads:

The Office of Academic Affairs is pleased to announce that information on the Faculty Instructional Technology Initiative program for 2005 is now available. There will be four jointly sponsored workshops during the summer of 2005, each one covering different approaches to instructional media and targeting different skill levels. All participating faculty will receive a stipend upon successful completion of the program.

We are also announcing a Resident Fellowship Award Program which carries a one-course release for the 2005-06 academic year.

All the details and application materials can be found on a link from the Academic Affairs website.
[Go directly to the Application Form]

We invite you to share this information with your faculty and ask that you encourage their involvement. The application review process will begin on February 28th for the workshops, and March 14th for the Fellowship program.
