The english were never close to australia before this.. Though there were allegations of the gum being used to reverse swing the ball!! The fact is the Australians weren't "Australian" enough to win it!! I'm eagerly waitin for the ashes this year but still feel after watchin the aussies play in SA they should win it easily...
