NEW UNDERGRADUATE MAJOR AND MINOR

IN FOLKLORE!

The Folklore Program is pleased to announce that starting Fall 2012, it will offer an undergraduate major and minor in Folklore. Those students interested in either the major or minor who plan to graduate Fall 2012 or later can begin working on the degree requirements immediately. Please contact Folklore Program Director Prof. Gilman at lmgilman@uoregon.edu or 541-346-3967 to set up a meeting.

If you are currently completing the requirements for the undergraduate certificate and plan to graduate Fall 2012 or after, please make an appointment with Prof. Gilman to determine whether you should complete the certificate or whether you can graduate with the major or minor. For those students graduating before Fall 2012 who are completing the requirements for the undergraduate certificate, please follow the link to the right for information about requirements. Please also make an appointment with Prof. Gilman to ensure that you are meeting all the requirements.
