Joint Boards Articulation Commission Chair John Miller and I extend many thanks to you and to all who participated in the development and revision of the Oregon Transfer Module. May it serve as a solid platform for our future work as well as help those who transfer short of an AA/OT or AS/OT-BUS degree.

The attached materials are the corrected/final versions of the materials distributed and endorsed at the Transfer Module meeting at Chemeketa last Friday, November 19, 2004. As you know the current plan is to submit the Oregon Transfer Module (OTM) to the Boards of Education and Higher Education in January as an information item and February for adoption. Implementation is planned for Fall of 2005 as indicated in the documents.
