RE: Guidelines - first sentence. The Oregon Transfer Module includes the following course work, which is equivalent to 3 academic quarters.

Because 45 total credits must completed for the Oregon Transfer Module, it is implied that a student must be enrolled full-time to complete the Transfer Module in one academic year. For clarification, "3 academic quarters" might be more explicit if changed to read "3 full-time academic quarters."
