Rudolph C. Hwa

Rudolph Hwa's research interests have covered a wide variety of topics that include particle, nuclear, statistical and nonlinear physics. A large part of his work is in the area of strong interaction in hadronic and nuclear collisions at high energies. Excursions to other areas include quantum optics (1994), chaos (mid 90s), heartbeat irregularity (late 90s), human EEG and stroke detection (early 00s), and critical fluctuation in turbulence (mid 00s). Recent activities have concentrated mainly on the physics of relativistic heavy-ion collisions. Listed below are some sample papers (after 1990) that are selected out of around 300 publications.
