I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Economics at the University of Oregon. My research focuses on the causes and consequences of increasing economic inequality. I am primarily interested in measuring inequality at fine geographic scales, and in investigating how changes in economic inequality affect other outcomes of interest, such as environmental quality, political polarization, and economic growth.
I am on the job market this year, and will be available for interviews at the 2016 AEA Meetings in San Francisco.
