diglib: Mass storage proposal

Systems has been working on a proposal for library administration to
create a mass digital storage system for the library.  This proposal can
be found on the DLI site, under Local Resources, or directly at
http://libweb.uoregon.edu/diglib/mass-storage-proposal.html.  Mark plans
to put this on the agenda for next week's meeting.  

If you are interested in the technical details of what Systems is
proposal, CPU/RAM/hard drives, etc., let me know.
