Transliteration Table
Russian Cyrillic alphabet rendered into Latin alphabet in two different ways

In Kimball Files, two systems transliterate the Russian Cyrillic alphabet =

1. Library of Congress System

CU=Upper case in Library of Congess transliteration system (NB! this common deviation=Yu and Ya instead of Iu and Ia)
CL=Lower case in Library of Congess transliteration system

2. K-Files System

KU=Upper case in peculiar Kimball-File transliteration system
KL=Lower case in peculiar Kimball-File transliteration system
KU & KL rows contain only the 8 deviations from the Library of Congress system [CU & CL]

Kimball Files employ KU & KL only in transliterated Russian Cyrillic texts

For Proper names and bibliographic entries, Kimball FIles use CU & CL
