It is very important that I be able to email you with up-to-date information on examinations, lectures, advising and so.  I cannot enter and maintain email lists with a variety of non university accounts.  But you can help me by using your “gladstone” account or entering into the university system your preferred address. You can do this either…

• by entering into Duckweb your preferred email address, or
• by setting your gladstone account to forward all mail to your preferred email address.

Here is how to change the preferred email address in the UO system

1. Open a web browser (must be reasonably current version like the ones found on this years Duckware).
2. Type http://duckweb.uoregon.edu into your web browser location or address field.
3. Enter your student number (SSN) into the User ID field.
4. Enter your PAC into the PAC field.  Note this is the same 6 digit number you use to register for classes.
5. Re-Enter your PAC when prompted to do so.
6. Click on Personal Information
7. Click on Update E-Mail Addresses
8. You can either change the default address by clicking on it, or insert another address, then make either your "preferred" address. 
9. Click on "Logoff" from the upper right hand corner of the screen to end this session.
