Special and Gifted Education
This section provides a brief discussion of the the ICT
in education of general education teachers who must
routinely work with special education and gifted education
students who are in their classrooms.

Topics to be covered in this section include roles of ICT
in working with students in each of the following three
categories:
- Dual Exceptionality
- Special Education
- Talented and Gifted Education
Rationale for including these topics is provided by an
analysis of federal laws and TSPC.
