payroll: Online Resource for Managers, Administrators, and Clerical Employees (OHMAC)

Recognizing a need for a central location for UO administrative practices, forms, and frequently asked questions, a group of Budget Managers, several years ago, initiated OHMAC, the Online Handbook for Managerial, Administrative, and Clerical Employees. In 2008, Organizational Development and Training was asked to partner with them to help maintain and grow this resource. Take a look!

OHMAC is a centralized web link site (hyperlinking to existing sites) that allows users to find the information they need to complete daily administrative tasks without having to know how the UO is organized, or search website after website. OHMAC is organized by an ever-growing list of TOPICS that includes an alphabetical list of common procedures/practice topics, a FORMS page, and a page of FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

So, please take a look at OHMAC and bookmark this website for easy access when those operational questions come to mind. It is housed on the UO website under HR/Training/Resources, or can be directly accessed at http://ohmac.uoregon.edu.

For more information on this site, please contact Pam Farmer, Director, Organizational Development and Training (pfarmer@uoregon.edu), or Jake Vasey, HR Executive Assistant (jvasey@uoregon.edu).
