payroll: I-9 Revision (Reminder) Correction

CORRECTION:

Older versions of the I-9 signed October 2, 2008, or later will not be 
accept.

Older versions signed October 1, 2008 or earlier are still acceptable.

Attention Payroll Coordinators:

This PAYNEWS is a reminder to you that the grace period for using the 
older version of the I-9 has expired. The Payroll Office will not accept 
older versions signed October 2, 2008, or later.

The new I-9 form has an expiration date of 6-30-09.  For additional 
background information, please refer to the PAYNEWS sent on July 15, 2008.
