SUBJECT:      Employee Relations Manager


I am delighted to announce that Randy Wardlow joined the Human Resources 
administrative staff as Employee Relations Manager on January 12.

Randy will provide consultation and support to supervisors and managers on 
classified employee issues and questions regarding the SEIU and GCIU 
collective bargaining contract.  He will work with union representatives 
in addressing and resolving contractual concerns and will represent the 
university in SEIU collective bargaining.  He has an extensive background 
in employee and labor relations, including negotiations, and training.  He 
has held several human resources leadership positions, primarily in health 
care.
