payroll: Deduction for 2009 Charitible Fund Drive

The first deduction for the 2009 Charitable Fund Drive did not occur on 
the January 30, 2009 paycheck for employees whose contribution is less 
than $50.00 per month.  This was due to a technical issue we had with the 
scanning process.  The payroll staff had to enter these deductions in the 
Banner HRIS System by hand.  These employees will see a double deduction 
on their February 27, 2009 paycheck, and then a normal deduction starting 
on the March 31, 2009 paycheck until it reaches the total contribution for 
the year.

Please disseminate this message to the effected staff in your department. 
We apologize for the inconvenience.  Feel free to contact Kenny Ly at

in February will cause a financial hardship.
