As you are no doubt aware OUS and SEIU 503 bargaining teams reached tentative agreement on a new 2009 - 2011 contract on Friday, September 4. Implementation is scheduled for October 1 pending ratification by the bargaining unit membership.

We have added a high level summary regarding the more significant components of the agreement to the September HRIS Large Group Notes at http://bg.uoregon.edu/hris/LargeGroup/nsep09.htm

As we move forward Human Resources will be providing more detailed information, website postings, FAQs, training/review sessions, and other tools to assist in the anticipated implementation.
