payroll: Reminder HRIS Large Group on Thursday

Our next HRIS Large Group Meeting will be this coming Thursday, April 1, 
at 9 am in the Walnut Room of the EMU.  Guest speaks include Kassy Fisher, 
Assistant Dean of Graduate Student Affairs and Cindi Peterson, Benefits 
Coordinator.

Topics include:
-	UO-GTFF Bargaining Status and other GTF updates
-	Encumbrances (Overview of what is and what is not encumbered)
-	Eligibility thresholds for benefits, retirement, and sick and 
vacation leave (As we know, they are all different!)
