payroll: Nov HRIS Meeting on Thursday

Our next HRIS Large Group Meeting will be this coming Thursday, Nov 4, at 
9 am in the Walnut Room of the EMU. Guest speakers include Cindi Peterson, 
Benefits Coordinator.

Topics include:

- Benefits Update:  New rules on rescission of coverage. Effective Jan 1, 
2011, retroactive termination of coverage will no longer be allowed.  This 
change will have financial implication for both department budgets and 
employees.

- Revised Payroll Accounting Adjustment Form (Draft)

- Email notification for annual CO-NRA renewal process

- Social security application process for international employees

- Staff Directory Deadlines

- Fall Staff Directory Deadlines
