Annual Renewal Process

Emails notifying international employees of the annual renewal process for 
tax-related payroll forms were sent on Friday, November 19th.  The emails 
differed based on type of employee (Student/Faculty) and if a tax treaty 
exists between the United States and the employee.s country of residence.

In order to better assist employees with questions as they complete the 
forms, you may read the instructions and the specific emails on the 
Business Affairs Website at:

New Training Sessions

There will also be a series of training sessions available in the BAO 
Conference Room for interested payroll coordinators next week.    The 
training sessions will provide an overview of the annual renewal process, 
and will include a brief review on I-9 processing for international employees.

Sessions are as follows:

Monday, December 6th
10:00 - 11:00 AM
 2:00 - 3:00 PM

Tuesday, December 7th
11:00 - 12:00 PM
