If you have not already done so for May time entry, please run your PWIPAYR Work-Study Reports to verify the amount of funds remaining for student work-study wages.  The last day to use 2010-11 Federal and UO Work-Study awards is June 10 for undergraduate and graduate students. For a complete list of dates that you may use Federal or UO Work-Study Awards, please see the Work Study Calendar, http://ba.uoregon.edu/content/work-study-calendar.

Please correct any work-study overpayments immediately. Due to funding restrictions, late timesheets that report work-study wages may not be able to be charged to the work-study funds and your department may be required to pay the full wage earned by the student.

Your help with the work-study reconcilation before the end of this fiscal year is greatly appreciated.
