payroll: Last Day to Submit Furlough Opt-Out Form

This is a friendly reminder that the completed Furlough Opt-Out Form 
must be received in the Office of Human Resources by the end of today, 
Monday, October 31, 2011.  The Furlough Opt-Out form is valid for the 
entire furlough biennium period, and no changes will be allowed after 
today.  The Furlough Opt-Out form can be found at
