payroll: Dec 7th HRIS Meeting Notes Upated

The December 7th HRIS Meeting notes have been updated.  Please review for the latest information.

As discussed in the HRIS Meeting, we still plan to publish a list on international employees who have not submitted their annual renewal CO-NRA packets by January 9, 2012.  A Paynews will be sent when the list is published on the HRIS, Banner Guide.  The list only contains the department names, and employee names.  

The Payroll Staff are still working on updating the COLA increases for classified employees.  We will send a Paynews once all records are updated so departments can run the Employee Roster before time entry window opens on Thursday, Dec 14th.
