"Bridging the Gaps" was the theme of this year's Filipino Culture Night, the first since 1999. Our objective was to bridge the gaps between student unions and Filipino community organizations in and around the Oregon/Washington area. The event took place at Agate Hall Auditorium on May 10, 2002. Through native dance, song, skit and martial art demonstration (Kali - Filipino Stick Fighting), the audience experienced the sight and sound of the Filipino culture. We would like to thank the Philippine American Association (PAA), PAA Youth Group Dancers, Isang Bansang Pilipino (IBP), BSU, Hawaii Club, ISA and our volunteers!
