Three off-campus student living cooperatives are affiliated with the University of Oregon. Although their waste management services are privately contracted, Campus Recycling encourages these cooperatives to delegate a recycling coordinator-liaison to work with Campus Recycling in order to properly communicate and prepare materials for recycling. Recycling presentations and equipment donations are also available to these organizations. Campus Recycling will work with these organizations to ensure that they are utilizing their waste hauler recycling systems as much as possible.
