lecture, simply annotating these notes rather than having to take all your
own. NOTE: I provide these lecture notes to assist your learning but they
do not substitute for attending class. Exams and assignments are based on
material covered in class, regardless of whether it is covered in these lecture
notes or not. If you miss class, make sure to find out from someone who did
attend what was actually covered.
