Cusomer Service Office Hours:	8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Operator Services:	8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Telecom staff involved with radio, wiring, PBX maintenance, etc. are commonly in the field. Appointments with these staff should be set up in advance.

Location:

The Telecommunications Department is located in the Rainier Building, East of campus at 1244 Walnut Street, Suite J (on the 1st floor).

Parking:

Faculty and Staff permit parking is available in lot 47, on the West side adjacent to the building. Parking in lot 47 is University controlled and requires a faculty/staff permit at all times.

Visitors without a permit can use street parking available on Walnut Street and Garden Avenue. All day parking can be found on the North and East sides of the Rainier Building.

Important Notice: The Rainier Building will be locked at all times with public access on the alley (South) side entrance. Please use the courtesy telephone and instructions provided there for building access.
