Evaluating Evidence Worksheet
This guide helps students determine what is relevant and sound evidence for including in a research project/ paper. It helps students identify the different kinds of evidence (intuition, case studies, research studies, etc.) and weigh the validity of each. It’s a great compliment to a research assignment, and can easily be made into an activity: have students identify the kinds of evidence in their bibliographic references and reflect on the solidity of each source.
