Teaching Profiles: Why I Teach and What I've Learned
We have contacted the following instructors who are well known for the quality of their teaching and asked them to share insights about why they love teaching, what they've tried in the classroom and learned, and insights they have for beginning teachers.

Featured Showcase Sections
Exemplary Learning - This section features University of Oregon faculty and instructors in a series of videoclips sharing their ideas, strategies and course materials. Through their generous participation in this project, our goal is the help new and experienced teachers improve student learning and create a more satisfying classroom experience for themselves and their students.
Online Teaching Portfolio - This section is designed to provide online instructors with a first-person guide to planning and teaching their first online course. These portfolios include descriptions of each instructor's course development process and important lessons learned during the term. They also include documents and excerpts from the class such as discussion boards, assignments, and syllabi.
