travelnews: Voyager Fuel Card Holders

Please pass this message on to the person in your department that is
responsible for the Voyager fuel cards.


ALERT:State Voyager gas cards are being taken from state vehicles.  The
thief is using them to purchase fuel in the Willamette Valley area.  One
theft may be as much as $3200.00 in fuel and oil.  The thief is someone
who knows that the fueling card may be in the glove box of e-plate
vehicles.  In some case, no vehicle damage is visible related to the
break-in.  The first indication of a problem is the unusual fuel bills.

If you notice unusual items on your bill or your card is lost or stolen,
contact Voyager immediately.  The contact number is printed on the back of
