This is a reminder that the UO cannot pay personal portions
of airfare tickets when a traveler is including personal time in a business
trip. Quotes are required for any ticket that includes personal
travel. If you are purchasing the ticket through one of the contract
travel agencies, the quote must be attached to the Airfare Authorization form
when it is sent to Accounts Payable. If the traveler pays for the ticket
themselves, the quote should be attached to the travel reimbursement.
