Chinese visa policy has been tightened recently due to
the security concern of upcoming Olympic Games. Go to the following web page

issued mostly to repeat visitors. Round-trip flight itinerary and hotel
reservations are now required. Business visitors are required to provide a “Visa
Notification Form” issued by a Chinese authorized unit. Duration of stay
allowed now, is most likely to be 30 - 60 days. More restriction has been
introduced for non-US passport holders. The policy is expected to be relaxed after the Olympic
