ATTENTION TRAVEL CERTIFIERS At 5 PM, Thursday, July 16th,
duckweb travel certifiers will be locked from creating an invoice in the travel
form. You will still be able to work in the travel form but you will have
to save your work as you will not be able to create a reimbursement payment.
It is imperative that you get all of the old year travel processed before this
date. If you have something that you find has to be processed in the old
year after July 16, you can forward the electronic form and the paper form to
AP and we can process it here before period 14 closes on July 24th. For everyone else processing
travel, you will still be able to forward your documents to AP as you have been
