TRAVEL CERTIFIERS Duckweb travel will “not”
be locked at 5 pm today, Thursday the 16th. If possible please
try to get travel reimbursements for old year travel (08-09) processed by 5pm
on Friday the 17th. Duckweb travel will be locked
at 5pm, Monday the 20th. You will not be able to process/pay
any travel reimbursements until period 14 is closed on July 24th at
5 pm. This also means reimbursements for period one in the new fiscal
year cannot be paid during this time. You can work in duckweb preparing
the reimbursements and save them so that you can process them for payment after
period 14 closes. TRAVEL TRAINING REIMBURSEMENTS Even though duckweb travel
will be locked and payments cannot be made, it will still allow you to create
documents, save them and/or send them to Accounts Payable. Your work will
