Hello All,

Airfare purchased through one of the Contract Travel Agencies

We had originally thought today May 24^th would be the last day we would have to use account code A5901 for airfare charges for next year’s travel. That has been extended through tomorrow, Wednesday May 25^th. Please use A5901 as the account code on any airfare that is taking place July 1^st or later.

Airfare on Procurement Cards

You will still use account code A5901 on airfare charges on your procurement cards until June 24^th. After that date they can be charged to the regular travel codes.
