Dear Travel Coordinators, As the travel season is upon us, I’d like to remind those that may have the need to rent large trucks, such as cargo vans, LDW insurance should be purchased at the time the vehicle is rented – this insurance will help protect your department and the university should an accident occur resulting in damage to the vehicle. A new option available to us this year, is the OSU Motor Pool at the Glenwood site. OSU is willing to assist UO departments by making arrangements for the rental of cargo vans/trucks, just as they arrange for rental of passenger vehicles – thus you would rent the van/truck through OSU Motor Pool.
