The IRS has established new travel reimbursement rates which will become effective January 1, 2012. In accordance with Oregon University System policy, University of Oregon reimbursement rates are tied to these IRS rates. As such, the new rates will apply to university travel that occurs January 1, 2012, or after. The lodging per diem has increased but the meal per diem will stay the same. At this time we have not been notified whether the mileage rate will change.
