Senators:

We have been invited to participate in the current strategic planning dialog between Board members, institution presidents and (now - after my request) faculty with the strategic planning committee.

To that end, we must offer input by May 10th to a set of questions being directed to all participants in the form of a template. I am appending the original message I got from Diane Vines, a summary of the April meeting and a shortened template (since attachments don't seem to work on our list serve).

Please take a few minutes to send me your ideas ASAP - I'll try to put together a response to share with you by early next week before sending it to the committee. Again - we've asked to be involved; now we have to come up with the goods. Help me out here.
