On behalf of the UO Senate ad hoc Conflict of Interest Committee, the
following draft documents are submitted for review by the Senate Executive
Committee and presentation to the UO Senate at the April 8, 2009 meeting: 1. F
inancial Conflict of Interest Disclosure and Management for Investigators in
Externally Sponsored Programs (policy); 2.  Financial Conflict of Interest
Annual Disclosure Form; 3. Financial Conflict of Interest Disclosure Attachment.
 
Please note that changes were made to the draft policy late yesterday and
those changes have not yet been reviewed by the full committee. The committee
meets today (Monday, March 30th) at 11:00 a.m. and it is possible that further
edits will be made. I will forward to you any subsequent drafts.
