concerning the status of this request and I should request permission to post
your response on the Senate Website -- I shall be posting this email in due
course. I decided to deal with this tonight rather than Thursday upon
reflection on the bus going home.

As of right now it is the end of a long day and I have no recollection at all
of anything in particular concerning the request I made to the General
Counsel's office in December. I am totally tied up until after the Senate
meeting Wednesday. On Thursday, if I have not received a response to my freedom
of information request from the General Counsel's office, I will write to the
General Counsel's office to inquire as to the status of the request I made. I
will copy you on any email I write in this regard. I am copying Melinda on this
