Project Description  
The project included seismic structural upgardes, retrofitting existing heating and ventilation systems with more energy efficient HVAC systems, installing an elevator to increase accessibility to all floors, and classroom improvements, including re-orientation of Lecture Hall 110. Although this was essentially a deferred maintenance project, significant demolition to accomplish the maintenance upgrades allowed the univeristy to take full advantage the opportunities to improve the operational layout of the spaces.
