A guest speaker from the University of Oregon will lead a discussion on communication and negotiation skills that can help you achieve your full career potential and that elusive work-life balance. Refreshments provided.

Professor Richmond is widely recognized for her pioneering and ongoing research in the application of laser methods to understand molecular behavior at surfaces and interfaces. Along with her students at the University of Oregon she has authored over 160 research papers and has received many awards for this work.
