Refund Policy

Students who withdraw:

- 30 days or more before the beginning will receive a full refund less the $250 UO administrative fee’

- less than 30 days before the beginning will forfeit one third of the program fee.

Within one week of the beginning date of the program, and thereafter, there will be no refunds.

All refund requests must be made in writing and must include the reasons for withdrawing.
