HOMEWORK (20%):
Homework will be due on Tuesdays starting
January 13 via Webwork.
Late homework will not be accepted. The lowest homework score will be
dropped. Problem discussions will be held on Tuesdays.

QUIZZES
(10%) There will be short quizzes on Thursday, Weeks 2, 6, 9. They will be
based on the material covered in the previously assigned homework.

MIDTERM 1
(20%) on Thursday February 5.
·
MIDTERM 2
(20%) on Thursday February 26.
·
FINAL (30%)
on Monday March 16, 12:30-14:30.
REMARK. You may bring a 3x5 inch index card
with any formulas on it to any exam or quiz if you wish. Similarly, you may bring
with you a handheld graphing calculator to any exam or quiz if you wish.
