As noted at chapter 2, section 1, level 5* (q.v.), it seems most likely that a set of the Contact Collectionpages, perhaps entirely unmarked, was sent to the printer of transition 2 along with the new typescript, level 5+* (missing), of chapter 2 sections 2-3, which we  postulate must have existed (see level 5+*).
