First draft (pencil) of FW, 92.06-96.24, written on the versos of pages in a notebook containing the second draft of Book I chapter 1. See JJA 46: 1.

Note that the JJA designates the draft as “1B.*3”. On the other hand,  JJA 45: ix refers to the file as  “1B.*0”. The document can plausibly be thought of as an addition to section 1A (as in the first designation) or as the first draft of an independent unit (as in the second). We treat it as first drafted at level 3.
