Chapter 4, level 6+*: FW: 75-103

The Archive “Preface” suggests concerning the composite typescript, level 6, of chapter 4, that especially its retyped pages may have been retyped once more, and that “a cleaner typescript may have been sent to the printer of transition 4 ” (JJA 46: xi.) The evidence does not in our opinion bear this out, and we think there was probably not such a duplicate typescript.
