Welcome to Math 317, Fundamentals of Analysis II. The syllabus is here.
This website will be used to make announcements, post homework assignments, etcetera. We will also use canvas for announcements and discussions.
My office hours are Monday 11-12 and 2-3. The course assistant, Karl Schmidt, will have office hours Tuesday 2-3 and Friday 2-3. He will also have office hours (joint with another class) on Tuesday 11-12 and Friday 10-12.
We will be working from Understanding Analysis 2nd ed. by Stephen Abbott. This semester I expect we will cover the rest of Chapters 3 and 4, together with chapters 5, 6, 7.
