1) Increase diversity of markets served for IEP, Sponsored Programs, and eLearning
2) Evaluate and revise the IEP curriculum
3) Increase support for and volume of faculty scholarship
4) Space: More, better, sooner
5) Create new partnerships, especially within UO academic departments for matriculated students
6) Promote and grow eLearning programs
7) Increase emphasis and programs for faculty and staff development and internal AEI communications
8) CEA accreditation for IEP (and possibly eLearning)
